Work contracts often contain requirements for the parties to notify each other in certain circumstances. It is often an alert mechanism for parties to prepare for or respond to certain situations. The contract should specify the circumstances in which a notice is required, the form of the contract notice, the information it should contain, to whom it should be sent, to which address and the period of notice. Failure to follow the proper procedure may result in the rejection of a subsequent claim. Since the performance certificate has serious contractual implications for the termination of a large part of the contractor`s obligations in the form of the project, a workflow is assigned to the form to ensure correct and formal verification and approval before it is formally issued to the project owner and contractor. Certificate of performance: the certificate issued in accordance with subsection 11.9 of the FIDIC contract to justify the acceptance of the work by the engineer. This allows the contractor to submit to the engineer, within 56 days, a draft final declaration containing supporting documents. If the engineer verifies the declaration, the contractor will issue a final declaration (subsection 14.11) and a discharge for the full and final statement (subsection 14.8). . .
